Hi guys, I dont know if anyone has asked this yet, as this accessory continues to plague my thoughts and is poking at my kleptomania, but has anyone found out what it does, or has it yet to be implemented?

I feel like sitting in an igloo as I wait for fishes to bite in the fishing hole i carved out, only to get dragged under by horny anthro orcas and other fuckable marine life.

It's for catching fish. They're these small scaled vertebrates, all of which (I believe) are gilled. They are often cooked and eaten by those that use the aforementioned "Fishing Pole".

Your also missing the fact about the large fish, and non-fish such as reptiles and amphibians. They can also be caught by the "Fishing Pole".
Though the ability to catch crustaceans is really only reserved to the "Hand Line" and "Fishing Nets".

I just wanted to bring it up since I miss having some sweet time with Izma and Minerva from CoC. Honestly though I do hope we get to have some of those because it just would be nice to have with the aquatic variety again, not amphibian, but primarily those who prefer in the water. Especially when it gets saucy when you actually 'do it' underwater.

@Endwar We not have yet many places on current planets where there was large water bodies like huge lakes or oceans/seas. Uveto is closest to this been frozen land that is pure water. But for underwater exploration we wouldn;t freely go there. Maybe someone will pick JimT Sacae to add some more chances to interacts with marine lifeforms.

But those are not what a "Fishing Pole" is FOR. They are things that can ALSO be caught. That's like saying a radio transmitter is for interstellar communication, just because it's capable of transmitting a wave that should NOT dissipate between stars (according to the nuclear/gravitational model of the universe), even though the transmitter's PURPOSE is to send audio programming to the people of the relatively large area centered around it's location.
