Acceptable Populated Areas For Lyric?

I have enough libido for the public sex scenes with lyric, but can't find where I'm actually allowed to encounter them. Wiki says a populated area excluding the wayfort, frosthound, and my camp, but no matter where I go, either the sex option is completely greyed out because "This isn't an appropriate place for that" or the public option is greyed out because it's not in public.

Tried a number of different places now but starting to get a little annoyed that I can't find it .

The only real easily accessible place would be any tile in hawkethorne. Simply take one step outside the frosthound and select lyric for smex.

I still get the "this isn't an appropriate place for this" message outside of the frosthound in hawkethorne. Is it supposed to be clickable here? If so, I guess I could submit a bug report.

45. It should be enough, because the public options switched from saying that I'm not libidinous enough to saying I need to be in public.

I have never had any problem with Lyric (once in a valid tile). My Lyric is a girl, maybe your Lyric needs a vag if a boy. I know my Lyric had an option to grow a girl-penis, maybe yours has a similar one? Even if that's not something you want for them, you could test it out and then Reload to see if that's the issue.
