Pretty sure if the ear vag is there it can be used for sex, and I'm pretty sure they have the gland as well.
And I guess?... when I got the confirmation that that was the case (As that's kinda their mandatory anatomy for purebreeds), my mind pretty much considered all pure Rodenian boys as "maleherms" from that point as well, since they basically still have both the male and female genital anatomy for their species, the latter just isn't exactly fully "functional".

I think most people might be really confused and/or weirded out about the presence of the option, which is why it's set to only be available after the player reads the Rodenian codex. Oh I know that part, that fen did the codex work while William came up with the idea or wrote down most of the scenes. I do remember before I was removed from the discord that someone said that Fen got the idea of them from a porn image of a rat girl taking it in both ears.
