About Champ's Title

I have a question about champion's titles. So far the titles are: Adventurer, Alchemist, Bar Brawler, Champion of Frost, Champion of Hawkethorne, Champion of Keros, Dark Knight, Marcher-Baron/ess, Philanthropist, and Way Walker. Most of these seem to not really affect the story line beside the fact npcs will refer to pc as the title. But title like Champions of Keros, and Marcher-Baron/ess seem to have more content locked behind. Like being Kero's champs expand more floof content and change floof's attitude while Marcher Baron/ess
locks out npcs like Daliza, Elyon, and etc., probably locking pc out of marriage with Ryn and locking wayfort out as pc's base (some major stuff).

I imagine as the story progresses more, there will be more titles. However, are any of the other titles going to affect the story in anyway? Can't really imagine titles like Adventurer, Alchemist, Way Walker, and Philanthropist (bragging-rights?) have any input but like the Bar Brawler (where you beat whole bunch of orcs) title is talked about if pc goes to orc lodge after Right of Conquest and maybe mentioned when pc meets more orcs. The pc probably needs Champions of Frost to progress the story since Winter City dungeon is pretty major. But will title like Champion of Hawkethorne going to impact the story line/ locking pc out of certain content? Can't remember everything Carmen talks about when she offers but it's basically just a title and not much benefit. Maybe it might lock out of Carmen romance but will there'll be any other locked out content/consequences for refusing the title? Or will maybe Dark Knight Title possibly lock pc out of stuff too (I don't have any champs with corruption at 100).

I think you're not quite sure what 'lock out' means, because you're using it in the opposite sense of how things are working. The Marcher-Baron(ess) stuff has content locked behind it (ie you must have that Title to see that content) but it does not lock you out of some of the content you have behind the spoiler tag, quite the opposite actually.
Elyon only appears if you have the title and Daliza's content beyond the intro scene is gated behind accepting it as well. The Wayfort will not be locked out from repairs if you reject becoming Ryn's vassal but you are required to have Farrah or Jael'yn there to see to the renovations.

We don't know what the conditions will be for marrying Ryn but the closest thing we have to an official word on the matter is Alypia shrugging theatrically. The Champ becoming the Marcher-Baron(ess) is certainly teased by Elthara as something that makes a marriage possible but that doesn't necessarily mean it's required as there may be other ways for the Champ to acquire a title sufficiently prestigious that people won't kick up a fuss about you marrying Her Majesty Queen Etheryn. No, that hasn't been confirmed but there are other places in the region that could potentially hand out a title to us for services rendered. Khor'minos and Tychris spring immediately to mind. So that's up in the air right now.

However, are any of the other titles going to affect the story in anyway?
There's about a 99.9% chance that there will be equivalent titles to Champion of Keros for people who become a Valkyrie or Astrida and we know for a fact that those transformations will have a similar impact on how relevant characters relate to you as becoming a floof does to your interactions with everyone in the Den.

All soulbinding will have an impact on our ending options.

You literally can't beat the game without collecting Champion of Frost because it's earned at the conclusion of Act 1 of the main story quest and while it's possible to enter the Undermountain without it, you can't actually progress the Khor'minos phase of the plot until you go back and do the story in order. If you try to sequence-break, you'll find yourself locked out of Khor'minos itself (though you can explore the outskirts) and the person who gives you the next main quest won't do so.
But will title like Champion of Hawkethorne going to impact the story line/ locking pc out of certain content?
Again, you're using 'lock out' when you mean 'gate behind' or words to that effect. The likelihood that accepting a title like Champion of Hawkethorne will lock you out of content is virtually nil because that would be an asshole move on the devs' part. However, having that title will open up Tychris once that's written, which means we'll potentially be able to go there before visiting the Winter City.

The titles are an RP byproduct of events; they themselves don't generally influence content or are just used as a shorthand for event flags.

For example, you'll eventually be able to become a Marcher-Baron/ess without taking Ryn up on her offer -- which will still lock you out of content like Daliza because you refused the offer, not because you don't have the corresponding title.

Yeah. Wrong choice of words on my part. I should have asked if rejecting certain titles like Marcher Baron/ess and Champion of Hawkethorne will lock pc out of content like Daliza/Elyon. I knew about how binding pc's soul to different deities will affect npc interaction and the story but wasn't sure about the other titles. Thank you!

Oh didn't know there'll be a route where you can become Marcher Baron/ess without accepting Ryn's offer. Interesting. I really love Ryn and her reaction if you accept her offer while she's in your party so probably won't do it but I appreciate there's an alternative route!
