Ability bugs?

In the current version, it seems like all profession abilities are unlocked no matter what your profession level is?

Is this intentional and is there an way to fix it?

Just ran a few levels of a new start and didn't have that problem.

You do know that the skills/spells/support sections are for previously master skills and the the job button provides just those from your job

If you have all those listed below maybe it is time to start a new game
