If you intend to write this, don't worry about something being too perverted or disgusting. The only banned fetishes are, iirc:

• scat
• watersports / pissplay
• loli/shota (no underage or underage-looking characters)
• bestiality (fuckable NPCs must pass the harkness test, unless parasites)
• vampires (though I think this one may be negotiable?)
• gore / vore
