A Minor inconsistency

In Malai's shop, the ice lance weapon mentions freezing someone solid, but has a stun chance applied to it only. Also shouldn't the prices be hiked up at that store some?

Freeze Chance would probably be a downgrade. Last Ranged Stun was the Shock Bow. But it would be more consistent.
