A little help with Kaede (sort of?)

I have this memory of a scene with Kaede where my PC tells her she is her favorite ausar... or that she likes her more than Anno... That memory is so old (maybe two years?), and I've been trying to look around the game for it with new characters, looking through some of her scenes in github and I can't find anything.

Can someone confirm this? I'm starting to doubt myself here... but I was so sure that I have read a scene like that.

Is it the Pupper Christmas event where you ask Kaede to dance perhaps? Other than that, scenes with Kaede are found on Tavros (Repeat, 2 different scenes), New Texas, Uveto, Myrellion, and Canadia.

Aren't Kaede's only scenes on Tavros the ones with Anno on Anon's bar?

I think you may have imagined it, or be confusing Kaede and Syri. Syri not only is best dickdoge but has a lot of lines about her being your favorite pup, etc.

There's the usual scene that ends in Kaede's room but also an exhibitionism scene that plays out from your ship.

I see. Don't think I ever played that scene with her. The one I thought I remembered is one that Kaede asks if the PC wants Anno to join in and the player can tell her she prefers them to be alone because she likes her more, or maybe she is sorry that Anno isn't there with them (maybe wasn't in crew yet?) And the PC tells Kaede she likes her more than Anno anyway. I guess I was imagining things. Shame . Thank you for the help too though, I really appreciate it.

Sounds like, if anything, that would be from her set of scenes on Canadia Station.

It could be, although I played those scenes a few days ago and didn't find anything. I created a new character, trying to recreate the one I had back then and not have Anno on my crew, see if anything shows up, but I'm not expecting anything. I'm still so confused as to why I would imagine such a scene, though.

Speaking of Kaede, wasn't there also a scene on Canadia that her link to the Black Void came up (or that was at least implied) when she was there to repair the AI on her ship? I think this is supposed to happen after your run in with the Black Void AI on Myrellion. I can't seem to proc that conversation anymore, or like Violyn, I may have imagined it. Or maybe you need to be a tech specialist or have blown-up Myrellion or something.

I think you also imagined this. She does mention that she's there to fix something about Talon Rogue's computer, but she doesn't elaborate. Kaede's a little cagey about that stuff, for obvious reasons.

This is good to know, especially from Kaede's creator. I could have sworn I read it during one of my play throughs a couple of years back, and attempting to make it proc usually keeps me from visiting Canadia until much much later in my play through. Thanks, Savin.

Np. And FWIW Kaede's encounter *should* trigger whether or not you've been to Canadia before.
