[90.005-BACKER#2155] Talking to Bizzy about "Her Mom" softlocks the game.

Recruited Dizzy, she is staying with Bizzy. Teleporting fixes the softlock, but Dizzy is still greyed out in the feature menu. Screenshot and savegame attached.
