I am using the steam version.
My character has both tusks and a snake tongue, but the appearance tab will never mention my tusks. If I have tusks and a human tongue, the appearance tab will mention them, but if I have both, tusks will never be mentioned.
In this photo my character has both tusks and a snake tongue, no matter how many times I 'refresh' the appearance tab, tusks will never be mentioned,
and as soon as I use a 'Root of Mat: Soft Mud' to get a human tongue:
