Trainers can no longer teach powers. Another, is that companions alternate set or when you change their sets can no longer use powers, confirmed on old saves too. A third bug is that Brint as far as I can tell has a permanent well fed buff. Finally, when using Mirror Stance some enemies can't be sensed also can't steal powers even though I've been hit by the attack.
