Playing on downloaded version 4.1 started a new game to check virginity flags. skipped tutorial. Had sex with cait is see about penile virginity. Walked in on evelynn and had sex with her, but the anal virginity flag in appearance was still present. This disappeared after sleeping. However, after this (with neither penile nor anal virginity remaining), went to evelynn and was able to perform both the penile and anal virgin events

If you have a save before all of it happened post it so some one can take a look and it will take time just giving you advice maybe a few screenshots.
Not sure why sex with Cait wouldn't trigger that flag but I think Evelyn's intro scene is designed to 'not count' so you can't accidentally get locked out of her later virgin-only content by picking the wrong option.
