[#3209] Sera's fertility

I just bought her (pressed all mod buttons but only chose virginity) and visited her for the first time on my ship, but the menu offers me to put her on the sterilex.
The codex says: "Virility: Infertile", "Fertility: Infertile".

Fixed for next patch.

The button to control Sera's sterilex will now properly only show up after having the "Impregnate" talk with her.

The issue was caused by the difference in how AS and JS treat undefined flags.
