1. Is there any sort of content in the works (if not implemented already) to have Steele host their own camshow and be able to make credits off it? (Possibly might work like turning tricks where you become jaded after a while and you need a cooldown period.)

2. When exactly (if ever) does your type of cum come into play in scenes?

This is changing, slowly but surely. Rat enemies will comment on Milk and Cum flavors, including honey. Nonesuch's scenes with Quinn are the only ones off the top of my head that comment on player cum flavors, too.

But I will be including flavor savors in all oral scenes I write.

Simone comments if you have honey cum in her giving-oral scenes. Not on any other flavor, though, because I wrote those so long ago that I don't think there were any other flavors.
