2 questions: Corrupt Centaur and party equipment

So when you take the corrupt centaur vaginally what effects does it have on female character? I did it once and then slept but I didn't notice anything. Do I have to do it multiple times to get any effect?

Also I'm surprised that you can't change your party's equipment. I actually chose a staff as a reward to Cait or Berwyn but I couldn't get them to equip it lol. Is there any plans to get an equipment list for other characters?

No. Companions have "sets" they can equip, like Cait's Passion Priestess set, which change their equipment/powers/tactics wholesale. You aren't going to be able to micro their equipment loadout.
