2 Questions about the automated error report

1. Do I have to be logged in, for the automatic system to work properly?

2. Does it work while in incognito mode? My normal save files always get deleted, as soon I close my browser. That's why I always "save to file". Does Incognito mode affect the automatic error report? I'm using Chrome.
