2 bugs 1 visual and 1 for a quest

first one is that Gianna isn't changing her img to a futa one and second one is that varmin won't break out it happened once before i could tame him and i'm on my 581 day so he was strangled for like 400 days and no effect

for the first 1 she doesn't change her img with cocks it only shows they in apperence button and for the second I didn't read wiki correctly
