hey guys, im kinda new to this game and got the corrupted perk while trying to hit 10 million mls max cum, so what does that perk do and will it change the story?
should i start from another save file before i got that perk or it doesn't really matter?

Your max libido increases to 200 and your minimu libido to 200

does that mean anything aside from a never ending lust?

It increases your Maximum Libido to at least 200 and prevents Taint loss, which also means your Minimum Libido will be at least 100 (since Min Libido >= Taint always). These effects do not stack with other sources of Min/Max Libido, and those other sources probably won't exceed 100, so it effectively means Max = 200, Min = 100. It doesn't have any story-related consequences yet, aside from locking you out of all Taint < 100 or Libido < 100 variants for any given scene.

Libido increases Lust gain over time and Tease damage. The Corrupted perk is incurable.

There's really no benefit to having a Libido above 100 (the base Max Libido). Maxing out Taint will cause stat loss in one semi-repeatable scene in KiroQuest, which can be avoided by using the right dildo/penis (or just not engaging with the locked doors in the first place), but other than that, 100 Taint won't affect you much outside the 100 Min Libido it causes. Basically, go with whichever you want.
