Attempting to install the Inseminator Pro is unavailable. Character has a penis, has balls, no 'nuki nuts perk, and it will not allow you to install it. This is leading to a soft lock where if I install a Combat Implant, it will ask me to try to install a Utility Implant, then I am unable to back out from that menu or say no.
