[0.9.134-PUBLIC-ANDROID#6197] Syri Missing After she leaves Mhenga, can't start Syri Uveto Quest. (Disregard)

Problem:
Syri is failing to appear on Uveto Station or Irestead after Burt Tells you she left Mhenga. She is also not appearing in either the Mhenga or Uveto Bars.

I have tried sleeping for days to skip time as well as cheating in a month of time passing to see if that did anything but nothing changed

Edit: this was also before the latest 0.9.134 update.
