The bust for Tyros NPC space race Encounter changed to its male counterpart after initial interaction. I selected the feminine option on the first meeting and the bust was correctly assigned than. but it seems an update forcibly changed it to the Masculine Version with no options to reset Tyros in the cheat menu or bust selection menu.
