Currently Cumslut Steele's with the "Thirsty" status effect cannot drink from Ardia's cum bubbles, as long as their dzaan addiction is sated, while their general cum addiction is not. I think it was patched in shortly after the initial bug was reported that cum addicted Steeles were always able to drink from cum bubbles, even if they were currently not starved for it and had the debuff.
Oh, and we would have world peace by now if cum bubbles were stackable items. Just so you know.
