[0.9.103 public android#5054] Tika email/recruitment not spawning issue

Hello there. Sorry that my first post is a bug report and hello. So as the title states I can't seem to get the Tika email to arrive to I can recruit her. I attached my original file, which admittedly was started before the latest patch, but I started a fresh one to see if that was the issue and it still isn't occuring (I made sure to save her to try to make the email happen immediately but I also tried waiting 7 days when that didn't work). Admittedly I am playing on the android version so I have no idea if that effects anything (I'm also not sure if that isn't JavaScript so if I'm in the wrong place entirely I'm sorry). I attached my save files in case that helps.

Hey Ryu, let me look into this for you.

Edit: Your first save works fine on my machine. Traveled to Tarkus, and got the email when I landed. She is in Anno's shop. Make sure you're on the latest version of the game.
