[0.9.090-PUBLIC-ANDROID#4586] Codex messages rearranged and tooltip inconsistencies

This patched caused Codex messages to be rearranged in the android version. See image below.



Tooltips for Anal-filled, oral-filled, and vaginally -filled are inconsistent with info in codex > Stats > personal.

Anally-Filled and Orally-Filled tooltip do not show amount of fluids.
Vaginally-filled Displays incorrect amounts. Image below.

It appears that all the tooltips mentioned above do not reflect the current information in the codex and if one has an amount of 0.5 fl/oz it may or may not show on the toolip at all.

This change was intentional, but I suppose since it is problematic for a very narrow text space, I've adjusted the spacing to better fit the screen.

Tooltips for Anal-filled, oral-filled, and vaginally -filled are inconsistent with info in codex > Stats > personal.

The tooltips should now use the correct total number. The tooltip for existing status effects will still be broken (since they are persistent between saves) but they should be correct the next time the status effect is gained or updated from another event.
