The main tooltip seems to be hardwired to report 3 rounds remaining (and never updates), but it lasts 20 (as the bottom shows). The duration at the bottom doesn't appear until the next turn.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. it should use the right value for the countdown and the tooltip should refresh per turn.
