Probably the effects got adjusted but the description wasn't updated.


It should be

While active, its maximum effects are:
+5 Physique
+10 Minimum Libido
+5 * Level Maximum HP
+5 * Level Maximum Energy
Restores 5 * Level HP and Energy upon activation
Unlocks the Power Cock Slap skill
