Error also comes up if no subscribers are serviced when all births are done in the breeding pods

i know that its not fixed in the save. i asked if the save was old, because if you read jacques's response like i said, if the email was already there with the incorrect value it would not be fixed
The save file should be about a day old and I only received the email itself yesterday.

Hopefully fixed for the next release.
It seems there aren't any issues with the values themselves, but there was a check put in the numToText() function that was catching the value "0" and returning it as an error. This should be fixed now to what was originally intended. Though again, the mail entry itself might still be bugged, due to how the mail messages are generated, but any future mail should, hopefully, be corrected.
