according to the patch notes, airtight armor begins building up Concentrated Pheromones, and i believe the Atma Armor is airtight.

It seems that was not the intent. This will be corrected for the next release. The pheromone buildup will only apply to characters that are producing pheromones (pheromone level greater than 0).
