[0.9.086-PUBLIC#4398] Scales Of Color Doesn't Work For Gryvain

Scales Of Color doesn't work for races that don't have Scaled Skin, like Gryvain. Or only partial Scales, like Demon Wings.
It also doesn't work on Chitin Skin at all (let alone partial Chitin), despite the description implying it should. (And I'm 90% sure Chitin uses Scale color.)

Can't be used by Demon-morphs, despite Demonic Wings being flagged as Scaled and using Scale Color.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. There was a typo in the scale check that was preventing the type comparisons to go through with all the parts.
