Hand Milk can end with this message, but it doesn't actually force masturbation. It just results in maxing out Lust.

Note: I don't think it has anything to do with the Mega Milk perk. I have a save just before gaining it, which exhibits the same behavior. Mega Milk just guarantees having enough milk to trigger this.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. The flag for forced masturbation didn't get set. I assume it was accidentally deleted during the migration process.
