[0.9.081-PUBLIC#4166] numToText() error in Breedwell email regarding quotas

Hopefully fixed for the next release. While this won't fix an already bugged mail entry, it should fix future mail entries.
If you saved with this bug and had a success mail, most likely the total lifetime earnings from the Premium Breeder program will also be bugged with a bad value. If it is a bad value, then the fix will reset it to 0 the next time another earning is triggered. Any future earnings should add correctly now.
