I was just fighting the Zaika Milk Thief as Kineticist. Milk Thief used Jetpack to fly, so i slammed her to the ground with a Gravity Flux... only she then had both flying and tripped status. So she was immune to the follow up Geothermal Spike cause flying, but had to spend her next turn standing up. Kinda doubt this is how it's supposed to work.
