[0.9.063-PUBLIC#3633] Kitsune overrides Vulpine racial score

Opened up an old character who was previously classed as vulpine in the appearance screen but is now classed as kitsune, despite having 89% vulpine/57% kitsune racial scores and only one tail.

Created a new character as a test, put them through a full course of Frostfire (100%Vulpine/57% Kitsune; only one tail), they ended up classed as kitsune too.

J added a fixed override that would make Kitsune always take precedence over Vulpine if they were in the top 2 scores. I don't know why, I'm waiting for him to get back to me about it.

Because Vulpine was overriding Kitsune, even with 9 tails. It seems the fix doesn't consider the case of only 1 tail.

In my opinion, the intuitive result is:
Full Vulpine & 1 Tail = Vulpine
Full Vulpine & 2+ Tails = Kitsune

Yeah no I mean, the override he added basically make Kitsune ALWAYS bop Vulpine out of the running for being used.
