For some reason I've noticed that the Botheric Pidemme only seems to egg the PC's anus and never their womb(s) and if the anus already has something in it, the Pidemme will claim they are already full and completely ignore the PC womb and just do the oral scene. The quaddomms don't seem to have this issue.

The bothrioc pidemme prioritizes laying their eggs in the butt. They only use vaginas if the butt is already pregnant. Using your save the first loss ended in butt preg and the second loss ended in a womb pregnancy so it appears to be working as designed.

It doesn't appear so. Idk why but when loading up that save it seems to be working find now.
