Birthing Butt-Bug Eggs at the Tavro Nursery via the Maternity Option results in the Offspring Vanishing from the game after birth.
The Codex stat information still shows the PC as having birthed them but they are not present in the Nursery.
Additionally if the PC Births the Eggs outside the nursery such as on their ship or frontier you get the option to send the eggs to the nursery or leave them and if you choose to send them tavros they do appear in t. Nursery as intended.
