[0.9.023] Bug Report: Gianna get H.Fucked Scene Crash and Missing Images

i recruited Gianna in this Patch and gave her a hrosecock
first of all her image doesnt change to the Horsecock version (doesnt change with any of the cocks)
and when i try the 'get hard fucked' sex scene, the game crashes after the first scene with the following error:
