[0.9.020-PUBLIC#2536] Race Parser Error on Character Creation for Some Races

I noticed this bug a few releases back. A brand new character fresh out of creation doesn't always stay the race they were created as. I have tested this with the other starting races, with the ones with errors detailed below. Unlisted starting races were fine.

Three of them lost the "half" descriptor. But the half-kui-tan flipped to half-human.

I do have a save if needed, but this is easy to reproduce in character creation.

I can confirm this issue and it exists not only in 0.9.020 but all the way down to 0.9.016, which is the oldest available backer build at this time on all new games.
