[0.9.015] Public Dizzy critical error

As title. Dizzy is completely borked on dhaal, any interaction with her other than appearance results in a critical error and gives:

incrementFlag is not defined

I was just about to post this issue. Save included. Here's my take:

1. Load save.
2. Hire Raskalia.
3. Interact with her.
4. Observe the following critical error:
