Setup:
I created a smuggler character and advanced them to level 6, without increasing stats or changing weapons. I then fought the wetra hound a few times, observing that I would deal 20-22 damage to them when they were blinded. I advanced to level 7 and repeated the test.
Expected outcome:
Average damage per hit against a blinded wetra hound would increase by 17 (14 from Take Advantage, and 3 from Aimed Shot) for a total of 37-39. It is assumed that the intended behaviour for Take Advantage is 2 damage per level, as described on the wiki.
Observed outcome:
Average damage per hit against a blinded wetra hound increased by 3 (expected increase from Aimed Shot) for a total of 23-25.
Notes:
The code appears to be checking for Take Advantage using the hasStatusEffect function rather than the hasPerk function. Changing it to the hasPerk function resolves the issue on my end.
