[0.9.012-PUBLIC#2299] Crash when taking Zhèng Shi elevator to top floor directly after restoring power to it

After fixing the cable providing power to the Zhèng Shi elevator, I tried taking it to the floor above the Recreation Deck, which crashed with the error message below. The crash appears repeatable, in the attached save file, just walk to the elevator and press Q until it crashes
