After enabling Halloween events from the cheat menu I received the email with the invitation to the Haunted House of Whorrors. The email has the correct title but the body of the email is switched with Shade´s invitation for Christmas (the attached image shows what I mean). Also the Haunted House of Whorrors was unlocked in the fly menu despite the email being wrong.
