[0.9.010-PUBLIC#2246] Techie Static burst not available with Nyrea Huntress

During the fights with Nyrea Huntress in Deep caves on Myrellion, if you get grappled the Static Burst shield ability from the Tech Specialist Class is not present. Only struggle and Do nothing are present.

Static Burst is explicitly disabled for combat with the Nyrea; their grapple is a net, an electrical discharge isn't going to do anything against it.

"Grants the ability to briefly overload your shield emitter. The burst shocks any enemies in close proximity, freeing you from grapples for a small energy cost.";
