[0.9.009] Intelligence cap broken

I have Dumb4Cum and the cybernetic from Sabrae that increses intelligence. I'm orally filled with cum. My total intelligence is 70 (left), but should be 80. I noticed that Dumb4cum only gives 10 Intelligence now. However, the leveled stat page shows my Inteligence as 144 (middle).

Bumping this as the issue is still ongoing as of the latest public build. Every time you ingest cum, it adds more intelligence points, rather than setting it back to your cap, as it should. At this rate, I think my Steele may end up ascending to a higher plane of existence if I don't keep resetting his intelligence level

Check the Codex and see if this is a visual bug or it's actually increasing the cap. Since the bar for intelligence is nearly full as opposed to being at the halfway point if the cap actually was double the current value, it seems purely visual on the level up menu.

Yeah, it appears to just show up in the stat section of the level up screen. Still, I thought it worth bumping given that this was reported some time ago and is still unresolved.
