The "Thirsty" status gained after going 24 hours without ingesting fluids sometimes does not clear.
The status sometimes clears but returns after moving a single tile or sleeping/resting, or doesn't return at all until you perform some sexual act, or if you do not have any balls.
If you become cumflated after clearing the status, it will not return normally.
Goo-type PC's with cumflation disabled when clearing the status, it will return either when moving a tile, or the next in-game hour or two.
