It is restricted to characters with the Dumb4cum and Nuki Nuts perks in bubblebuddy.js. Probably because bubble buddy was written way before Cum Thirst existed.
Both dumb4cum checks have to be changed, otherwise the scene for characters with the nuki nuts perk will trigger instead. Replacing them with cumslut or dependant on cum checks look like the best options to me, this way bubble buddy doesn't have to be updated whenever a new type of cumslut is added.
