In Options, in Display, "Always Display Combat Descriptions" defaults to off. When set to Off whether by default or turning it on and off again, Bothrioc Pidemme and Shizuya still show their description after every round of combat. These are the only combats I've found thus far with this issue, but I'm still progressing. There could possibly be more.
