[0.8.23] Olivia's pregnancy timer has odd interactions when loading saves

Greetings.
It seems like if you save your game and load it after Olivia's pregnancy starts to show (what i'll call "stage 1", as in when her first preg art is displayed), then her entire "stage 4" will be skipped and she will give birth at mid-to-late stage 3.
To give an idea, I've done some test (I enabled short pregnancy mode for the sake of it not taking forever). For clarity let's say the event where Drifa tells us Olivia is pregnant is our day 1, and here's what happened :

-No load, she popped on day 46.
-I save and load the game on day 2, she popped on day 46 again.
-I save and load the game when she enters stage 1, around day 10, and she popped on day 31.
-I save and load the game when she's in early stage 3, something like day 35 and she enters labour instantly.
-I save and load the game on day 40 (she's near the end of stage 3), when I talk to her again I've missed her delivery.

This happen both when she's collared and not collared. her to show her stage 4 art. I have only done slight save editing, changing some unrelated flags.

This means that most players will never be able to see her stage 3 and 4 dialogue, since most will have probably saved and closed their game in the time it takes for Olivia to naturally give birth. Another, albeit more minor, issue is that since she seems to instantly go into labour when reaching stage 4, the existing dialogue related to that stage is almost impossible to access.
