At any point in the game, when Button 12 (aka the Right Stick Button on an Xbox controller) is pressed, the game crashes and the user is presented with the screen shown in the screenshot. Everything freezes, and no other keys nor buttons on the screen can be pressed. I am using the Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS.
