Once you've expanded her studio, go back and watch her Camshow. This will unlock the Go Bigger? button on the left-hand side of the second row. If you tell her No More, the Go Bigger? button will be replaced with the Feature button. As far as I know, the only crew you can produce Features with are Mitzi and Sera.
Supposedly, the more Fetures you produce, the more Credits she makes you.
If you let her increase her breast size again, she can't do Features. You do, however, get some other extra content:
She has an AI helper, whose personality you can change.
She starts lactating. Not much you can do with that right now, but there are hints that can/will change.
