[0.8.0] Frostwarden power not applying Frost-empowered weapon buff

As title. Was testing out some of the new level 8 powers, and I noticed that Frostwarden doesn't apply the empowered weapon buff it says it should in the description.

I'm playing on Firefox version 139.0.
